Why is an integration with Lighthouse important?

What does the integration with Lighthouse include?
Activating the integration will allow you to redirect guests that made a reservation for the hotel or B&B to the Zenchef widget of the restaurant.
- Via a call to action at the end of the reservation flow of the hotel.
- Via a call to action in the confirmation email of the hotel.
The number of persons and date will be preselected in the Zenchef widget.
The title, description and text for the call to action button can be chosen.
Reservations made via these widgets will be tagged with the source 'lighthouse'. That way, you can find out in your ZenchefOS which reservation service the reservation came through and how many reservations you generated over a period of time through this service.
How do I set up the integration with Lighthouse?
- Go to your Lighthouse environment and select the tab ‘integrations’, ‘channel manager’.
- Click on the connect button next to Zenchef.
- Determine the title, description and text for your call to action button.
- Add your Zenchef restaurantId. This Id can be found at the top of this page.
