Your AI Connector is an AI messaging assistant for restaurants. It answers guests on
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS and your website chat, and it takes
reservations directly in Zenchef during the conversation. Restaurants get one inbox for
every channel, an AI agent that replies around the clock in the guest's language, and
broadcast and follow-up messaging for reminders, promotions and re-engagement.

Several restaurants can be connected under one account, each with its own Zenchef
restaurant ID.

How do I set up the integration with Your AI connector?

Step 1: Enable Your AI Connector in Zenchef

  1. Log in to your Zenchef environment
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations > Partners
  3. Find Your AI Connector under 'Reservation services'
  4. Click Connect

Step 2: Connect your restaurant

  1. Log in to Your AI Connector
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations > Booking & Calendar
  3. On the Zenchef card, click Connect
  4. Enter your Zenchef restaurant ID and click Continue
  5. Type your restaurant name exactly as it appears in Zenchef and click Add restaurant
    The name check confirms you manage this restaurant in Zenchef. Only someone who
    already knows the exact name can complete the connection. To add more restaurants,
    click Add restaurant on the Zenchef row again.

Step 3: Let your AI agent book in Zenchef

  1. Go to AI Agents and open your agent
  2. In the AI Abilities step, open the Bookings card
  3. Turn on 'Let this agent book appointments'
  4. Choose Zenchef as the booking provide

Step 4: Test and go live

  1. Send a test reservation request on one of your connected channels
  2. Check that the reservation appears in Zenchef with Your AI Connector as the source
  3. Switch the agent live
