What is écotable?
Écotable is a social and solidarity economy enterprise that supports the catering sector in its ecological transition.
To fulfil its mission, it has created the first platform for measuring and reducing environmental impact dedicated to restaurateurs. It also offers training in eco-responsibility in catering, a label that identifies committed restaurants and the podcast ‘Sur le grill d'Écotable’ (On the Ecotable Grill), which raises awareness among professionals and citizens about food issues.
Why is an integration with écotable important?
- An additional service to generate reservations and let new guests discover your restaurant.
- The partner is able to display the availability of the restaurant and let guests create bookings. Therefore the restaurant has all their reservations within Zenchef so the occupancy of the restaurant is always up to date and Zenchef can act as the single source of truth for all reservations.
What does the integration with écotable include?
Each restaurant has it's own business page on ecotable.fr. On this business page écotable will integrate the Zenchef reservation widget of the restaurant.
Reservations made via this widget will be tagged with the source 'ecotable'. That way, you can find out in your ZenchefOS which reservation service the reservation came through and how many reservations you generated over a period of time through this service.
How do I set up the integration with écotable?
Provide your Zenchef restaurantId to your point of contact at écotable. You can find your Zenchef restaurantId at the top of this page.
