Why is an integration with MySunbed important?
- An additional service to generate reservations and let new guests discover your restaurant.
- Ability to book an all-in one experience. Conversion of beach visitors to restaurant diners.
- The partner is able to display the availability of the restaurant and let guests create bookings. Therefore the restaurant has all their reservations within Zenchef so the occupancy of the restaurant is always up to date and Zenchef can act as the single source of truth for all reservations.
What does the integration with MySunbed include?
Visitors of MySunBed will book a slot for a sunbed and additional services if preferred. One of those services is to book a table at the restaurant. For the possible arrival times based on the number of persons MySunBed is retrieving the availability of the restaurant via Zenchef.
Before the guest has finalized the payment the reservation will already be added in the Zenchef environment in status ‘pending’. Once the payment has been finalized the status of the reservation will change to ‘confirmed’. If the payment is not finalized the reservation will be cancelled.
Details of the guest will be visible in Zenchef.
Any changes (number of perons, arrival time, status, …) made for the reservation are being synched in both directions.

How do I set up the integration with MySunbed?
You can activate the integration with MySunBed in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Reservation services'.
- Click on the connect button next to the partner.
- Inform your point of contact at MySunbed to configure the integration on the end of MySunbed.
