This feature is available for “Manage” and “Grow” pricing tiers.
You can import Google Reviews from your Google My Business account, display them in Zenchef OS, and reply directly to guests.
Centralizing guest feedback helps you build trust, engage faster, and drive more bookings.
The feature is currently in Beta.

1. How to set up and use Google Reviews in Zenchef OS

You can now manage your Google Reviews directly from Zenchef OS, making guest engagement seamless and efficient.

To get started:

  • Go to the “Settings” > “Integrations” > “Loyalty“ section in Zenchef OS.

  • Click “Connect Google My Business”.

  • Sign in with your Google My Business credentials and grant access.

  • Once connected, your latest Google Reviews will be imported automatically.

  •  Reviews will be displayed in the Zenchef OS Reviews page.

  • To reply, select a review and click “Reply.” Type your response and send—it will post directly to Google.

Tips:

  • Only users with the right permissions can connect or disconnect the Google account.

  • Replies are visible to guests on Google.

All imported Google Reviews are visible in your Zenchef OS dashboard for easy management.

  • Reviews are updated automatically.

  • You can filter reviews by date, rating, or status (Replied/Not Replied).
     

3. Common issues & FAQs

  • Google account connection fails: 
    Ensure you have admin access to your Google My Business account.

  • Reviews not updating: 
    Check your connection status and refresh the dashboard.

  • How do I disconnect my Google account?
    Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Reviews and click “Disconnect.”

  • Where can I see which reviews have been replied to?
    In the Reviews dashboard, use the “Status” filter to view replied and unreplied reviews.
