What does the integration with Heep include?
Once connected to Zenchef’s API, Heep is able to:
- Check availability in real time.
- Create, modify, and cancel reservations directly in Zenchef.
- Collect all required booking details conversationally (date, time, party size, guest name, phone number, special requests) on WhatsApp and other supported channels.
- Answer guest FAQs instantly (opening hours, address, menu highlights, allergens, accessibility, policies, etc.) and switch seamlessly from Q&A to booking when needed.
- Handle conversations across WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, email, and Messenger, with missed calls automatically recovered via WhatsApp or SMS follow-ups.

How do I set up the integration with Heep?
- Create your Heep account on app.heep.ai
- You can activate the integration with Heep in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Reservation services'. Click on the connect button next to the partner.
- Configure your AI agent (tone of voice, opening hours, policies, FAQs).
- Connect your communication channels (WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, email, Messenger) to start handling guest conversations.
