By linking your Zenchef backend to Dinee, your restaurant becomes discoverable through our AI-powered discovery app, helping you reach diners who value authentic, social, and seamless dining experiences.
Why is an integration with Dinee important?
- An additional service to generate reservations and let new guests discover your restaurant.
- The partner is able to display the availability of the restaurant and let guests create bookings. Therefore the restaurant has all their reservations within Zenchef so the occupancy of the restaurant is always up to date and Zenchef can act as the single source of truth for all reservations.

At the moment, Dinee works exclusively with ZenchefOS. If your restaurant uses Formitable, please contact your Zenchef account manager to discuss the available integration options.
Does Dinee charge for bookings?
Not during the launch phase. A small per-reservation fee may apply in future partnership tiers.
Do I need to update my availability information manually?
No — your data automatically syncs from Zenchef real-time.

Because Dinee uses its own widget for making reservations, not all functionalities that we support in the Zenchef widget are contained herein. Think of advance payments, credit card guarantee and others.
How do I set up the integration with Dinee?
If you need help setting up the integration, you can contact the support team of Dinee via hello@dinee.ai.
Step 1 - Access ZenchefOS
- Go to Zenchef Login (https://login.zenchef.com/).
- Enter your restaurant admin credentials.
- From the left-hand menu, select “Integrations.”
- Search for “Dinee” in the integrations library.
Step 2 – Activate the Dinee integration
- Click on the Dinee tile in the integrations list.
- Select “Connect”
Setup time: less than 2 minutes. No additional onboarding required — Dinee uses your existing Zenchef data.
Step 3 – Verify your restaurant on Dinee
Once connected, your restaurant will automatically appear in Dinee’s search results.
To verify:
- Open the Dinee App on mobile (iOS or Android).
- Search for your restaurant by name.
- Confirm your availability, menu, and photos appear correctly.
- If any information looks off, refresh your Zenchef data by clicking “Sync Data” in your Zenchef → Dinee panel.
Step 4 – Optimize your Dinee profile
Currently we are working on creating business accounts for you to update your restaurant profile in Dinee manually.

To stand out to diners:
- Add appealing visuals — make sure your Zenchef gallery includes atmosphere and dish shots.
- Highlight your vibe — keywords like “cozy,” “vibrant,” or “romantic” improve AI matching.
- Keep your availability open — the more slots available, the higher your visibility.
- Encourage diners to share — Dinee’s social layer increases reach when guests post or save your restaurant.
Step 5 – Track your performance
Soon, you’ll be able to access your Dinee Restaurant Dashboard, which provides insights such as:
- Reservation volume from Dinee
- Guest trends and peak times
- Customer preferences and repeat visits
- Comparison benchmarks with nearby venues
These analytics will be available directly in your Dinee backend.
