Why is an integration with MplusKASSA important?
With the link between MplusKASSA and Zenchef, reservations and table management run automatically synchronously.
What does the integration with MplusKASSA include?
- MplusKASSA is able to retrieve the Zenchef reservations and display them in a modal. Via the modal the restaurants can select the preferred reservation. The status of the reservation on Zenchefs side will change to ‘seated’.
- For each reservation MplusKASSA will mention: arrival time, tablenumber, name of the guest, number of persons, telephone number, Zenchef reservationId.
- Prepayments will be synced and deducted from the bill.
- If a table is moved in MplusKASSA the changes will also be applied on Zenchefs side.
- After the check-out the receipt is saved with the reservation. A total spent and average spent will be calculated and saved on the profile of the guest.
Migration: MplusKASSA ensured us that the integration build with Zenchef doesn’t differ from the integration that was build with Formitable.
How do I set up the integration with MplusKASSA?
Zenchef
You can activate the integration with MplusKASSA in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'POS'. Click on the connect button next to the partner.
