This feature is available for Grow and Zenpremium packs.
You can upload up to two PDF voucher templates (for example, in two different languages).
Your PDF must contain form fields for dynamic data (e.g., guest name, amount, voucher code, expiration date).
You can preview the final voucher before it is sent to guests and modify it if needed.
Each custom voucher setup is a one-time fee per unit (see pricing below).
1. Uploading and Setting Up Your Custom Voucher PDF
Restaurants can now fully personalize their gift vouchers by uploading their own branded PDF templates.
How it works
Click on the option to upload a custom voucher template.
Upload your PDF file(s) that you have previously created why the software of your choice. You may upload up to two versions (e.g., French and English).
Your PDF must include form fields for all dynamic data (customer name, amount, voucher code, expiration date, etc.).
Map each form field in the interface to the corresponding voucher data.
Use the preview function to check how the final voucher will look with sample data.
Save your changes. The uploaded design will now be used for all new vouchers.
Tips: Don’t want to create your PDF yourself and would prefer your Account Manager to take care of it for you? It’s possible! Contact your Account Manager (paid service, pricing available upon request).
2. Previewing and Managing Your Custom Vouchers
You can preview your voucher design and manage your uploaded templates at any time.
In the Gift Card Settings, select the template you wish to preview.
The preview will display the voucher with sample data filled in.
To update or replace a template, simply upload a new PDF and repeat the mapping process.
