What does the integration with Runnr.ai include?
Runnr.ai automatically handles creating, updating and cancelling reservations and automatically answer FAQs via WhatsApp, Phone, Airbnb and Booking.com using AI. The restaurant will receive their own WhatsApp and voice number depending on the plan they choose.
Any question we cannot answer automatically will be forwarded to the restaurant, who can then answer it directly in the chat (or it will be forwarded during a phone call).
Once onboarded, the restaurant will need to complete a one time setup of the knowledge base so that the AI assistant provides the correct answers. The app also gives them a unified inbox to manage guests from all channels and an analytics dashboard.
How do I set up the integration with Runnr.ai?
You can activate the integration with Runnr.ai in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Reservation services'. Click on the connect button next to the partner.
Once activated, Runnr.ai will be notified via email and their team will reach out to the restaurant. An account will be created and Runnr.ai will help the restaurant with the setup. Restaurants can also contact the partner directly via info@runnr.ai.
