What does the integration with Carello include?
Your restaurant receives its own business page on the Carello platform.
On this page, Carello displays:
- Restaurant description
- Photos and atmosphere
- Location and opening hours
- Available time slots
Carello integrates with Zenchef, allowing guests to book directly.
Reservations are tagged as “Carello,” so you can easily track performance. In addition, your restaurant gains extra online visibility through Carello, helping new guests discover you via search engines like Google.

Because Carello uses its own widget for making reservations, not all functionalities that we support in the Zenchef widget are contained herein. Think of advance payments, credit card guarantee and others.
How do I set up the integration with Carello?
You can activate the integration with Carello in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Reservation services'.
On activation an email with the details of the restaurant will be sent to Carello so the partner can set up the integration on their end.
