Managing reservations

New reservations

Bookings made via HiddenTable are automatically created in Zenchef with all relevant details.

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled both:

  • via HiddenTable
  • directly in Zenchef

Changes (date & time)

Changes to reservation date or time are managed directly in Zenchef.

Booking details in Zenchef

Bookings coming from HiddenTable include all key information, such as:

  • Source (HiddenTable)
  • Selected menu / experience
  • Guest details
  • Additional booking information

How do I set up the integration with HiddenTable?

Before getting started, make sure:

  • You have an active HiddenTable partner account
  • Your restaurant is set up on Zenchef

Step 1: Activate HiddenTable in Zenchef

You can activate the integration with HiddenTable in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Reservation services'.

Step 2: Add your Zenchef Restaurant ID in HiddenTable

Step 3: Go live

Once saved, HiddenTable is connected to Zenchef.

Your available tables will automatically appear in HiddenTable and bookings will be synced to Zenchef.
