How can I activate the integration?
Update – SumUp POS Pro (formerly Tiller)
SumUp has informed us that POS Pro (formerly Tiller) will be gradually deprecated during 2026. By the end of 2026, the product and all versions of its API will no longer be supported, meaning the current Zenchef ↔ SumUp POS Pro (ex-Tiller) integration will also be discontinued. SumUp is developing a new POS product and updated APIs. They expect to have more details on their roadmap and future integration possibilities from Q4 2026 onward.
In the meantime, we will remove the SumUp POS Pro integration from the Zenchef Marketplace so no new customers can onboard the integration.
