If a customer contacts you by phone ☎️ or asks you directly to book in your establishment, you can record their reservation request in your reservation book.
To do this:
- Click on the yellow button at the bottom:
Three options are available to you:
- Register a booking
- Register a same-day booking
- Register a walk-in client on the current day
To record a reservation:
- 📆 select the date
- 🍽 then the number of guests
- ⏰ then the time
- 👤 enter your customer's information.
🆕 If it's a new customer, you can enter all the mandatory information.
🔍 If you know the customer, type the first 3 letters of their first name or last name to find their file.
Once the reservation is recorded, you will be able to find this reservation directly in your list from the ZENBOOK tab.
Note 1: if you have Zencall, the call notification will offer you to record a reservation from the identified contact.
