If a customer contacts you by phone ☎️ or asks you directly to book in your establishment, you can save their reservation in your reservation book.
The button at the bottom of your screen allows you to open the form with 4 steps.
Three options are available:
- add a new booking
- add a booking for the day
- add a walk-in customer
How to add a reservation?
- 📆 select the date of the reservation
- 🍽 then enter the number of guests
- 🕟 then enter the time
- 👤 and finally, save the customer's contact information
🆕 If it's a new customer, you can enter all the mandatory information:
🔍 If you know the customer, type the first 3 letters of their first name or last name to find the associated file.
