How to create a new reservation from my Android application?

Download the Zenchef application

You can manually add a reservation or walk-in if a guest calls or makes a direct request.

 

Where?

  • Click the calendar icon with a plus sign at the bottom left

  • Or click directly on a table in the floor plan

Options

  • Add a reservation (for today or a future date)

  • Add a reservation for today

  • Add a walk-in (only available for today)

How to add a reservation

  1. Select the date

  2. Choose the number of covers

  3. Select the arrival time

  4. Enter the guest details

Guest details

  • For new guests: fill in the required fields (as set in your settings)

  • For existing guests: type the first letters of the first or last name

    • You can also search by phone number or email

    • Information will autofill if previously saved
