What You Need to Know / Tips
Reconfirmation requests are sent automatically via SMS or email, depending on the chosen settings. Your customers will need to click on one of the buttons: "I confirm" or "I cancel my reservation" in the message received. If the customer does not respond, the reservation remains confirmed but will be marked as "pending reconfirmation" so you can distinguish it from those that have been confirmed by the customer.
1. Set Up Reconfirmation Requests from the Web App
Standard Mode Configuration
- Go to the Settings section, then Service & Reservations > Service & Experience > Service tab.
- You will see the list of your daily services. Click on Edit Service for the service where you want to activate reconfirmation requests.
- You will now see the service settings. Go to the third tab, then find the Confirmations section.
- Check the box "Automated reconfirmation request" to enable the feature.
- In the "Send Date" section, choose when the reconfirmation message should be sent to the customer. You can set it to be sent a few hours before the service or the day before the reservation.
- Click Save and Close.
Advanced Mode Configuration
The Advanced mode is designed for customers who book well in advance. It allows you to send the reconfirmation request earlier to prevent forgotten reservations and no-shows. It can be combined with Standard mode for more customized reconfirmations.

In the Confirmations section, check the box "Early reconfirmation request".
-
Define the sending rules. For example, for reservations made more than 15 days in advance, send the reconfirmation request 3 days before the service.
