What You Need to Know
After your guests' visit, Zenchef allows you to automatically send them a satisfaction survey to gather feedback on their experience. You can choose to publish these reviews on your website or use them to enhance your establishment’s customer experience.
To strengthen your online reputation, Zenchef also lets you direct customer reviews to other platforms. You can configure how often customers are redirected to a specific review platform.
The distribution of customer reviews is a feature that is not included in all our subscriptions.
1. Configure from the Web Application
Go to the settings to configure the distribution of customer review requests across different platforms.

Go to Settings in your Zenchef dashboard, then select Marketing & Communication > Reviews.

Enter the platform name: In the first column, type the name of the platform where you want to direct customers (e.g., "Google").

Provide the redirect link to the review form: In the second column, paste the link to the review form you want to send to your customers.
How to get the review form link:

Google Reviews:

Go to your business profile via Google My Business.

Select Ask for Reviews to get the link.

TripAdvisor Reviews:

Visit your restaurant’s listing on TripAdvisor.

Go to the Reviews section.

Click on Write a Review and copy the page URL.

Set the redirection frequency: In the third column, select one of the following options to determine how often the link is used in Zenchef review requests:

Often: Directs a large number of customers to the provided link.

Sometimes: Directs a smaller portion of customers to the link.

Never: Keeps the provided link without directing customers to it.

Note: These frequencies are relative, meaning reviews will be distributed in similar proportions across platforms set to the same frequency

Currently, configuring the distribution of customer reviews across different platforms is not available in the Zenchef mobile app. Please use the web application for these settings.

Make sure that email or SMS notifications for review requests are enabled in your settings.

Can I customize the Zenchef review form?
The Zenchef review form is not customizable. However, you can disable it and redirect your customers to other platforms of your choice using the review request distribution system.

Can I publish responses received via the Zenchef review form on my Google page?
No, reviews submitted through the Zenchef review form cannot be reposted on a Google page. However, you can publish them on your website. If you need the script to do so, feel free to contact our support team.
