Remove duplicate profiles for the same guest that may appear when adding a reservation. Zenchef automatically detects potential duplicate guest profiles so you only have to merge them.

Go to your guest list via the dark blue bar on the left side of your screen. Click on the Guestbook icon.

Go to Manage duplicates.

Review the duplicate guest profiles and decide whether they should be merged.

If they are not duplicates, you can select Mark as non-duplicate.

If they are duplicates, click Merge to merge them.
Good to know: All existing reservations linked to the profiles will also be merged.
