How to manage duplicates in my customer file?

Remove duplicate profiles for the same guest that may appear when adding a reservation. Zenchef automatically detects potential duplicate guest profiles so you only have to merge them.

  • Go to your guest list via the dark blue bar on the left side of your screen. Click on the Guestbook icon.

  • Go to Manage duplicates.

  • Review the duplicate guest profiles and decide whether they should be merged.

  • If they are not duplicates, you can select Mark as non-duplicate.

  • If they are duplicates, click Merge to merge them.

Good to know: All existing reservations linked to the profiles will also be merged.
