How to block orders for a specific period or date?

To block orders for a specific period, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings in your Zenchef account.

  • Click Click & Collect in the navigation bar.

  • Click Closing Periods in the left column.

Set a Closing Period

  • Give the closing period a name (visible only to you).

  • Enter the dates you want to block. The period includes the end date.

  • Click Create to save the period.

Once saved, visitors will no longer be able to place orders on the blocked dates.
