How to Access the Order List

Go to Reservations
-
Click on the Order List icon at the top
You will see all orders organized by day.
Customize Your Order List
Go to:
Settings > Click & Collect > Order List
You can:
Add elements to your list
Default fields:
-
Guest name
-
Time
-
Ordered items
-
Status
-
Icons
Choose how elements are displayed
Save space by choosing between:
-
Text
-
Icon
Click on the colored dot to select the display type.
Examples:

Guest comment shown as text (T selected)
-
Order status shown as icon (icon selected)
Change the display order
You can rearrange:

The order of fields
-
The order of icons
Drag and drop the elements to the desired position.
