How to set up my printing templates?

From your booking settings, you can customize the print template HERE.

This print template can be printed from your Zenbook by clicking on the printer icon:

NB 1: This print button will display reservations based on the filters you have activated in your reservation list.

Creating your print template

To create your template:

• Click on "new template"

NB2: Two file formats will be offered. Click on PDF for a printable format or CSV for an exploitable format in a spreadsheet.

• Name your template
• Customize with the desired format and fields

NB3: If you are using reconfirmation, don't forget to add to the "printable statuses" field: confirmed, reconfirmation pending, reconfirmed.

NB4: In the "list of printable items", you can add or remove items with the corresponding icons:

NB5: In the "list of printable items", you can adjust the column dimensions as well as the font size:
