What you need to know
Zenchef allows you to display your customers’ reviews directly on your website. You can choose to display all reviews or only the most recent ones, and even publish your responses to reviews for greater visibility. This process applies to responses to the Zenchef questionnaire. Google reviews are not included.
1. Display reviews on my Zenchef website (Zensite)
- In your Zenchef account settings, go to the Marketing & Communication tab, then Website, then Advanced Settings.
- In the Private Reviews section, check the box Display private reviews.
- Choose the review history you want to display.
- Optional: check the box Display responses to reviews.
- Save at the bottom right.
A new “Reviews” tab will appear on your Zensite within a few minutes.
2. Display reviews on my own website
It is possible to integrate the Zenchef reviews module into your own website. To get the required script, write to our Support team specifying your request and your venue name.

- I don’t see my reviews on my Zenchef website (Zensite). Check that the review display option is enabled in your online visibility settings.
- How do I only display recent reviews? In the settings, you can define a specific period to display only reviews received during that time.
