How to set up the choice of actions on my orders?

From your Click & Collect settings, you can adjust the list of actions for your orders HERE.

You can add the actions you want to activate using the plus icon, or remove them using the minus icon.

 

The different actions

Actions related to reservation statuses

ICON STATUS/ACTION NOTE
Capture_d_e_cran_2020-12-22_a__17.02.05.png Confirmed This action will be necessary if you manually confirm your orders.
Capture_d_e_cran_2020-12-22_a__17.03.30.png Cancelled  
Capture_d_e_cran_2020-12-22_a__17.05.02.png Arrived This action is useful for identifying a client who has arrived but has not yet picked up their order.
Capture_d_e_cran_2020-12-22_a__17.10.06.png No show This action is useful for identifying a client who did not show up at the restaurant without cancelling their order. It will automatically set the customer record as "already no show".
Capture_d_e_cran_2020-12-22_a__17.16.43.png Waiting inside This action is useful for identifying a client whose order is not yet ready.
Capture_d_e_cran_2020-12-22_a__17.08.17.png Finished This action is useful for identifying a client's departure after picking up the order.
