How to create a Service Exception for Click & Collect?

To create a Click & Collect service exception, go to:
Settings > Menus & Takeaway > Takeaway Services > Special Days.

  1. Click New special day.

  2. Choose a name for the exception (only visible in your account) and select the period when this exception will be active.

  3. Add a message that will be visible in the Click & Collect widget during the selected period.

  4. Then click Add a service if no service exists yet for that day. If there is already a service, click on it.

  5. You can modify the number of orders, the pickup period, or whether a deposit is required.

  6. Click Save at the bottom right, then click Create.

If your menu offering is different for this service exception, you have two options:

Option 1: Activate the dish you want to offer for the exception under
Settings > Takeaway Services > Stock Management.

Option 2: Limit the special menu to a specific sales period via
Settings > Menus & Items > Composition to display it in your Click & Collect widget.
