Why and how to provide administrative information for your company ?

As a restaurant, it's important that your business complies with the legal requirements for online transparency. That’s why Zenchef asks you to provide specific administrative information in your account.

Why is this mandatory?
Current regulations require restaurants to display their identification details on their website or in the terms and conditions of their digital services. This ensures transparency for your guests and helps you avoid legal issues.

How to provide this information via Zenchef

  1. Log in to your Zenchef account

  2. Go to Settings and click the General Information tab

  3. Click Edit next to the Administrative Information section

  4. Fill in all the required fields. Can’t fill in a field (e.g. due to your location)? Enter "not available"

  5. Click Save to confirm your changes

By entering this information correctly, you ensure your restaurant complies with the law and avoid unnecessary administrative problems.
