1. For a quick response within an hour, you can contact us directly via our instant messaging service. Zenny, our virtual assistant, will assist you initially. If Zenny cannot resolve your issue, you will be transferred to a live agent. The instant messaging system is available on :
- Web application (app.zenchef.com): at the bottom right of the page via the icon in your Zenchef space, and on our help center.
- iOS and Androïd application: from the settings, click on the "support" button.
2. You can also send your request to help@zenchef.com (response within 24 hours).
Please provide as many details as possible in your request:
- Which establishment you are contacting us about.
- On which platform you need assistance (Webapp via Chrome - Android or iOS on tablet or smartphone).
- Remember to include screenshots in case of a technical issue. This will greatly help us accelerate the resolution.
3. For phone assistance, here are our lines:
