1. Our instant messaging service "Zenny"
For a quick response within an hour, you can contact us directly via our instant messaging service. Zenny, our virtual assistant, will assist you initially.
If Zenny is unable to resolve your issue, you will be connected to a live agent, available daily from 9am to 9pm.
The instant messaging system is accessible from :
- Web application (app.zenchef.com): at the bottom right of the page via the icon in your Zenchef space, and on our help center.
- iOS and Android application: from the settings, click on the "Help Center" slide section, and "Start a conversation".

You can also send your request from our help center on our webform.
Our email team, available every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Please provide as many details as possible in your request:
- On which platform you need assistance (Webapp via Chrome - Android or iOS on tablet or smartphone).
- Remember to include screenshots in case of a technical issue. This will greatly help us accelerate the resolution.
