How am I notified of a call on my application?
- 📞 A person calls your restaurant
- 🔍 Zencall searches your restaurant's directory for a record (customer, referrer, or company) associated with the caller's phone number
- 📋 A real-time notification appears on your mobile based on the search result:

How do I enter a reservation from the Zencall notification?
- Click on the notification
- Then click on "enter a reservation":

- If your caller is not yet known in your customer file: create the record by entering the reservation with the required information under "customer". The phone number will already be filled in.
- If your caller is already known in your customer file: create the reservation. The customer information will already be filled in.
Note: When you enter a reservation without using the notification, the booking widget will suggest using the most recent call to fill in the customer's information:
How do I edit a booking from the Zencall notification?
- Click on the caller's notification
- Then click on view booking
- Click on the booking
- Then click on edit at the bottom of the screen
How do I check my call history?
- Access your call history in Zenhome by clicking on the icon .
- Easily call back your callers from the interface.
