How can I manage multiple reservations at once?

What you need to know

  • Available only on the iOS app

  • Ideal for confirming, cancelling, or editing multiple bookings in one go

  • The steps differ slightly on iPad

1. Activate multiple selection mode

  1. Open the Zenchef app on your iOS device

  2. Go to the Reservations tab

  3. Press and hold a booking to activate multiple selection mode

2. Select and manage multiple bookings

  1. Select the bookings you want

  2. Tap Choose action at the top right

  3. Select the desired action (e.g. confirm, cancel)

Note 1: You can select all bookings at once with a single tap
Note 2: On iPad, go to Reservations and tap the icon to the right of the date

3. Common issues & FAQs

Common issues

  • I don't see 'Choose action': Make sure at least one booking is selected

  • I can't select all: The "Select all" option is available only when multiple bookings are shown

FAQs

  • Can I do this on Android?
    No, this feature is currently only available on iOS

  • Can I schedule a bulk action?
    No, actions are executed immediately
