What to do if my customer doesn't show up after making a reservation on my iOS application?

 

If your customer does not honor their reservation, the first thing to do is to prevent the review form from being sent to them.

 

  • Declare the reservation as "no show":

  • Set the customer file status as "no show"

The reservation being marked as "no show" automatically activates the customer file status as "already no show".

This indication will allow you to make the necessary arrangements for their next reservation to ensure their arrival.
