Consulting Click & Collect orders on iOS

You start receiving orders and want to check them from your Zenchef application?

Open the ZenCollect tab at the bottom of the application. You will have access to:

  • The list of orders day by day
  • The details of each order and the linked customer profiles

  • The possibility to close/ mark as full for a service or certain time slots

Note: It is not possible to configure your Click & Collect module from the iOS application. You will need to go to a computer and follow the following instructions.
