When you receive a reservation request, you get notified through different channels. These can be configured in the web version of Zenchef.

Enable or disable the notifications you want to receive
You can receive notifications via:

Notification center – always visible at the bottom right of your screen

Push notification – appears briefly and then disappears

Pop-up – appears bottom right and stays until you close it

Email – notifications go directly to your inbox
Click Save to apply the settings.
Make sure app notifications are enabled in your phone or tablet settings to receive alerts.
Note: Mobile app notifications cannot be customized per user; they apply to the entire restaurant account.
