Select "No Show" for a customer who fails to honour a reservation via Android

If a customer does not show up for their reservation, you can mark it as "No Show" from your mobile application.

 

Connect to the Booking notebook through the Menu tab: deb.png

Then, you can click on the reservation to mark it as "No Show" by clicking on this symbol : c1.png

 

Next, click on "No show".

This action will allow you to identify this potential risk customer for future reservations. You can also ask them for a credit card pre-authorization to confirm their reservation.
