🧐 From your app, you have access to your section Reviews to consult all the reviews that have been written about your establishment with the icon accessible from the menu.
When you receive a new review, a blue notification appears.
In the dropdown menu on the left, you have access to all the reviews, and you can select them one by one to display the details, respond to them, or call the customer from your mobile if you wish.
Replying to a review
1️⃣ You can send a pre-recorded reply to save time by clicking on Predefined Responses. After selecting it, you can modify and personalize it.
2️⃣ Or write your reply directly in the dedicated box and send it to your customer.
⚠️ For your information, the reply to the review is sent only by email to your customers, so you need to make sure their address is provided or else we won't send it by SMS. ⚠️
↪️ The button at the bottom of the page allows you to filter the received reviews.
In the dropdown menu on the right, you have access to the statistics of your reviews. You can find the overall ratings for your establishment, as well as the positive and negative keywords chosen by your customers.
