What does the integration with Feedelity include?
Feedelity retrieves your Zenchef reviews (guest name, rating and review content, restaurant, time of the visit and amount of people) via the Zenchef API and displays them in the Feedelity inbox next to all your other guest feedback from other channels. Feedelity analyses all the data and allows you to respond to the guest directly from the Feedelity inbox.

How do I set up the integration with Feedelity?
- Make sure your Zenchef plan includes API access (Grow plan or a special agreement). Request your Zenchef API key from Zenchef Support at api-tech-help@zenchef.com.
- Log in to Feedelity, open the Zenchef integration, and paste your Zenchef API key into the designated field.
- That's it, your Zenchef reviews start flowing into your Feedelity inbox.
