Dvore is a business intelligence platform built specifically for multi-location restaurant groups and franchises. It centralizes sales, operational, and performance data from all your points of sale into a single dashboard, giving network managers and franchisees real-time visibility into their business. Dvore integrates natively with major POS systems and third-party platforms used by restaurant groups in France and Europe.

Why is an integration with Dvore important?

By connecting Zenchef to Dvore, restaurant groups can combine their reservation and covers data with their broader operational performance — sales per cover, revenue trends, service volumes — all in one place. This gives operations managers and franchisors a complete picture of how each location is performing, without switching between tools or exporting data manually.

What does the integration with Dvore include?

Once the integration is activated from the Zenchef marketplace, reservation data from your Zenchef account is automatically synchronized with your Dvore dashboard once a day. No manual setup is required on the restaurant side. Data flows are handled securely between the two platforms.

If you deactivate the integration, data synchronization stops immediately. Historical data already in Dvore remains accessible.

How do I set up the integration with Dvore?

You can activate the integration with Dvore in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Operations'.

On activation an email with the details of the restaurant will be sent to Dvore so the partner can set up the integration on their end.
