The Guest Profile has been redesigned to bring all the information your team needs into one organised view. Switching the restaurant dropdown now updates the guest's entire booking history — not just their statistics. All booking details (booking info, reviews, invoices, experience) are grouped in a single expandable card per reservation. A Zenchef voucher counter has been added to the guest statistics, showing vouchers bought and spent.



1. What changed and why


Your team can now see a guest's complete booking history across all your restaurants from a single profile — just switch the restaurant using the dropdown at the top of the page. Previously, only the statistics updated when switching restaurants; now the full booking history updates too. This is especially useful for multi-venue groups: any team member can open a guest's profile, switch to the relevant restaurant, and immediately see everything — every reservation, every review, every invoice.

Booking details are now grouped in an expandable card per reservation. Click to expand a booking and find: booking information, guest review, invoice, experience details.

The guest statistics section now includes a Zenchef voucher counter showing the number of vouchers bought and spent by this guest.

 

2. How to navigate the new profile


Go to Guest list > open any guest profile. Use the restaurant dropdown at the top to switch between your restaurants — the full booking history will update accordingly. Click on any booking card to expand it and view all details (info, review, invoice, experience). Check the statistics panel for the voucher count (bought and spent).



 

3. Troubleshooting & FAQs
 

Common Issues


"The booking history changed when I switched restaurant" — Intentional. The dropdown now controls the full history, not just statistics.
"I can't find the invoice / review for a booking" — Expand the booking card by clicking on it — all details are grouped inside.
Known limitation: booking history reflects the restaurant selected in the dropdown; switch back to the original restaurant to see its history.
 


FAQ


"Does this affect single-venue restaurants?" — Yes — the new layout and grouped booking cards apply to all restaurants. The dropdown behaviour is only relevant for multi-venue accounts.
"What does the voucher count show?" — The total number of Zenchef vouchers bought and spent by this guest.
"Is there anything I need to configure?" — No configuration required. The new profile is live for all accounts automatically.
