Gift card sales have always been visible in the Gift Card List — but until now, your team had no way to know a sale had happened without checking manually. Gift Card Sale Alerts change that: the moment a guest purchases a gift card, you receive an instant notification with the amount, code, and buyer’s name, via email and browser notification.
Each notification includes: gift card amount · gift card code · buyer’s name
💡 How to activate:
The setting is already on by default. To adjust: General and Team → Notifications → Others → Gift cards → https://app.zenchef.com/zw#/parameters/general-and-team/notifications/others
🔧 Troubleshooting:
• Not receiving alerts → Check “Gift cards sold” is enabled in General and Team → Notifications → Others → Gift cards
• Wrong language → Update language in Settings → Account
