Disclaimer
Limitations include:
- Changes regarding the guest details must be done on the Zenchef reservation form to be correctly sent to Vega
- No link between the ZC waiting list and VEGA's,
- No link between ZC services/parameters and VEGA.
- No link between "show full" and "closed periods."
- No link between available slots.
- The logo does not come up as the source of reservations.
If both systems have previously operated independently, it is advisable not to perform a global send or retrieval.
How do I set up the integration with Vega?
Table numbers must be identical on Zenchef and Vega for the integration to work properly.
You can activate the integration with Vega in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'PMS'. Click on the connect button next to the partner. An email with your credentials will be sent to support.vega@zucchetti.com so Vega can set up the integration on their end.
