All content is reviewed by the INSIDE team to ensure it meets the agreed collaboration guidelines and represents your venue in the right way.

All reservations made through INSIDE are automatically synced with Zenchef, ensuring your availability remains accurate at all times. Zenchef continues to serve as your single source of truth, while INSIDE helps drive qualified bookings and creator-led exposure.
What does the integration with INSIDE Membership include?
Once connected, INSIDE members can view your live availability and make reservations directly within the INSIDE app.
Every booking is automatically processed through Zenchef, ensuring a seamless experience for both your team and our members, with no additional administration required.
Disclaimer
- No advance payment: INSIDE members can make a reservation without paying in advance.
- No waitlist: Waitlists are not available to INSIDE members. They can only make a reservation when a table is available.
- Messaging: Messages sent to INSIDE members via Zenchef's Messaging tab are not delivered directly to the member. Instead, they are received by the INSIDE support team, who will forward them to the relevant member when needed.
How do I set up the integration with INSIDE Membership?
Before getting started, please ensure your restaurant is listed on INSIDE Membership. If your venue is not yet listed, contact business@insidemembership.com and our team will assist you.
You can activate the integration with INSIDE Membership in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Reservation services'.
On activation an email with the details of the restaurant will be sent so the partner can set up the integration on their end.
