Dokaa is an all-in-one marketing and reputation platform for restaurants. From a single dashboard, restaurant owners can collect and manage Google reviews, send post-visit satisfaction surveys, run SMS and email marketing campaigns, recover missed calls (customers whose call went unanswered automatically receive an SMS with a booking link), and manage their Google Business Profile.

Why is an integration with Dokaa important?

Reservations are one of the richest sources of customer knowledge a restaurant has. By connecting Zenchef to Dokaa, restaurants automatically turn booking data into marketing opportunities: every guest becomes a qualified contact they can re-engage, every visit becomes an opportunity to collect a review, and bookings recovered through missed-call SMS become measurable. No exports, no manual work: the data flows automatically and stays up to date.

What does the integration with Dokaa include?

  • Automatic contact sync: Zenchef customer sheets (name, email, phone, birthdate) are imported into Dokaa's customer database at connection, then kept in sync daily. Marketing opt-ins (SMS and email) set in Zenchef are imported and strictly respected in all Dokaa campaigns.
  • Post-visit review and feedback requests: after a reservation, guests automatically receive an invitation to leave a review or answer a satisfaction survey, helping restaurants grow their online reputation.
  • Missed-call conversion tracking: when Dokaa sends a booking link by SMS after a missed call, resulting Zenchef reservations are automatically detected and attributed, so restaurants can see exactly how many bookings were recovered.

Disclaimer

  • The integration is read-only: Dokaa never creates, modifies or cancels reservations, and never writes any data to Zenchef.
  • Marketing opt-ins from Zenchef are always respected: guests who have not opted in never receive marketing campaigns from Dokaa.
  • Data syncs once per day (it is not real-time).
  • Customer data is processed in accordance with GDPR, and only used to provide the services described above on behalf of the restaurant.

How do I set up the integration with Dokaa?

You can activate the integration with Dokaa in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Loyalty'.

On activation an email with the details of the restaurant will be sent to Dokaa so the partner can set up the integration on their end.

Connect Zenchef from your Dokaa dashboard: go to Integrations and select your restaurant from the list. The customer history is imported immediately and stays in sync automatically. Restaurants that are not yet Dokaa customers can reach us at contact@dokaa.fr.
