What is Punkt?
Punkt is a spot discovery app where food lovers save the places they want to try and share recommendations.
Users build personal maps and wishlists of restaurants : often discovered through friends and social media : and open Punkt when deciding where to eat. In short: it's where diners keep the restaurants they're excited to visit.
Why is an integration with Punkt important?
Your restaurant is already being saved by Punkt users with a strong intention to visit, but until now there was no easy way for them to book. This integration closes that gap:

- Your rules apply : shifts, capacity, party sizes and booking windows follow your Zenchef settings.

- Availability displayed on Punkt reflects your real-time Zenchef availability.
- You keep full control : manage, modify or cancel Punkt reservations from Zenchef exactly like any other booking.
- Guest information is used solely to complete the reservation and handled in line with applicable privacy regulations (GDPR).
How do I set up the integration with Punkt?
You can activate the integration with Punkt in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Reservation services'.
On activation an email with the details of the restaurant will be sent to Punkt so the partner can set up the integration on their end. Restaurants do not need to set up anything on Punkt, everything is automatic and we handle everything : availability automatically appears on Punkt and new bookings flow straight into your reservation book.
