Gift Card Premium bundles three of Zenchef's gift card capabilities — personalized templates, shift-based redemption limits, and in-house gift card creation — into one add-on for restaurants on the Manage and Grow plans. If you were already using any of these features, nothing changes: your access continues as before.

Get more control over how your gift card program looks, when it can be redeemed, and how it's sold in person.
Gift Card Premium brings together three tools in one package: personalize your gift card template to match your restaurant's branding, restrict gift card redemption during specific shifts to protect your busiest services, and create and record in-house gift card sales directly from ZenchefOS with on-site payment.
Available features:
- Personalized gift card templates — branded PDF vouchers that match your restaurant's identity
- Restrict Gift Card Usage per Shift — limit when gift cards can be redeemed to protect peak-hour availability
- In-House Gift Cards — issue and record gift cards sold in person, with on-site payment
Nothing about your existing gift card sales, payouts, or guest-facing purchase flow changes — Gift Card Premium adds new controls on top of the gift card program you already run.
2. How to activate Gift Card Premium
No setup needed on your end — your Zenchef team activates it for you.
Gift Card Premium is a paid add-on for restaurants on the Manage and Grow plans. If you're interested in adding it to your account, reach out to your Zenchef contact — once your subscription is confirmed, the features are enabled on your account with nothing to configure.

Common Issues
- I already use one of these features — will I be charged? — If you had access to Customized Gift Cards or Restrict Gift Card Usage per Shift before Gift Card Premium launched, your access continues automatically at no additional cost, for now.
- A feature isn't showing up on my account — Gift Card Premium is activated on a per-account basis by your Zenchef team. If you've subscribed and don't see the features yet, contact Support.
