What you need to know
Zenchef Intelligence is the AI data agent inside Multi-venue Hub. Instead of only reading fixed dashboards, you can ask it a question about your group's data in plain language, and it digs into the numbers to answer you directly.

1. What is Zenchef Intelligence and why use it?
Ask a question about your group's data in plain language, and get a direct answer, no need to know which dashboard or filter to use.
Group Analytics Dashboards show you the numbers, but some questions go deeper than any fixed dashboard can show. Zenchef Intelligence lets you ask directly, for example "Which restaurant had the highest reservation increase last week?", and it reads your group's data to answer you.
Available now:
- Natural-language questions: ask about your group's performance the way you'd ask a colleague, no filters or formulas needed
- Answer feedback: rate each answer with a thumbs up or down to help us improve it over time
Group Analytics Dashboards remain available as before; Zenchef Intelligence is an additional way to explore the same data, not a replacement.
2. How to access Zenchef Intelligence
Available directly from Multi-venue Hub, next to your Group Analytics Dashboards.
Open the group switcher at the top of your back office, select your group, then go to Multi-venue Hub and open Zenchef Intelligence. Type your question in plain language and read the answer directly.
3. Troubleshooting & FAQs
Common Issues
- The answer doesn't seem right: Zenchef Intelligence is an AI agent reading your data directly; it can occasionally get an answer wrong. Rate it with a thumbs down so we can improve it.
- Zenchef Intelligence doesn't understand my question: Try rephrasing more simply and specifically, naming the restaurant, metric, or time period you mean.
- No answer / the agent times out: This can happen on complex questions; try breaking your question into a simpler one.

- Is Zenchef Intelligence always accurate?: It's an AI agent, so answers can occasionally be imprecise. Rating answers helps us improve accuracy over time.
- What kind of questions can I ask?: Any question about your group's performance data, in your own words.
