What is TableAgent?
TableAgent is an AI reservation assistant that connects to Zenchef. Restaurants can answer booking requests on their messaging channels using the availability and bookings already held in their Zenchef account.
The AI reservation assistant for premium restaurants, hotels and beach clubs. It answers every message in the customer's language on WhatsApp, email and website chat (Instagram and Facebook coming soon), and follows up missed calls with a WhatsApp message. The restaurant keeps its own WhatsApp number and its booking software. TableAgent is a Meta Tech Provider, and data is hosted in the European Union.

- The service is provided and supported by TableAgent, under a separate subscription. Zenchef is not responsible for the TableAgent service.
- Activation goes through the Zenchef API, requires the restaurant's agreement, and can be deactivated at any time.
- TableAgent always introduces itself to customers as the restaurant's AI assistant.
- Booking rules are those configured by the restaurant.
How do I set up the integration with TableAgent?
Setup takes about one week and is handled by the TableAgent team.
- Activate the integration with TableAgent in your Zenchef environment via settings and the partner tab. You will find the partner under the category 'Front of house. Click on the install button next to the partner.
- Contact the TableAgent team at hello@tableagent.ai.
- Hold a workshop with the restaurant to validate the setup: channels, workflow, booking rules, handovers to the team, tone.
- Go live.
