- 1. Log in to your Zenchef account from the web application.
- 2. Go to your guest email notification setting :

The email is the default template offered by Zenchef :
- 4. Click on one of the option to modify the email:
- 5. Select the language of the notification :
- 6. You can customize the email as you wish by modifying the font, colors, text placement...
To customize the variable content according to the reservations (customer's first name, reservation date, number of seats...), use the section "variables":
- 7. Once the email is satisfactory to you, send a test email to the address of your choice or save without testing :
- 8. Then click on save to finalize.
- 9. Add the modifications to other languages if necessary by starting this procedure from the beginning.
