Zelty x Zenchef

Your Zenchef tool can now connect to the Zelty cash register software đŸ€Â 

The advantages: 

  • 🔃 synchronization of your reservations
  • ✅ automatic update of the reservation status
  • 🔍 coordinated assignment of a reservation to a table on your floor plan
  • 📝 transfer of the receipt to Zenchef.

How does it work ?

  • On the ZELTY tablet application, you can view :
    • Zenchef reservations in the reservation list
    • Tables on your seating plan for which a reservation is planned in the near future

  • By opening the table, you can choose to seat the reservation planned on this table. This action will automatically trigger the ARRIVED status on Zenchef for this reservation.
    Alternatively, you can open a table/an order without a reservation, which will create a walk-in reservation on your Zenchef space.

 

  • The action of closing the order linked to the reservation automatically triggers the FINISHED status on Zenchef for the same reservation, as well as the display on Zenchef of the details of the items ordered and the average ticket on the customer sheet.

Creation of walk-ins

To ensure that your occupancy in Zenchef remains correct for guests who come to pick up or deliver an order, you must indicate the correct type when creating the order in Zelty.

  • When you create an 'on site' order in Zelty a walk-in will be created in Zenchef.
  • When you create a 'take away' or 'delivery' order in Zelty their will not be a walk-in created in Zenchef.

How to set it up ?

  1. Log in to your Zelty application.
  2. Click on https://bo.zelty.fr/marketplace/zenchef-reservation/status
  3. Enable the partner and follow the "step-by-step integration".
  4. Retrieve the token key.
  5. Log in to your Zenchef account, then go to Settings and Partners.
  6. Click on the button: Connect Zelty.
  7. Paste the token retrieved from the Zelty application and save.

⚠ WARNING ⚠

  1. Do not confuse Zenchef Reservation and Zenchef Pay (ex-Billee)
  2. The integration can only be used on iPad/Tablets, as the seating plan and reservation list are not available on mobile devices via the Zelty application.

Additional information:

  • The table numbers must be identical between Zelty and Zenchef for the transfer of assignments.
  • For optimal information transfer, it is preferable to enter reservations via Zenchef.
  • When a table is open on Zelty, the reservation status changes to "arrival" on Zenchef.
  • When a table is paid on Zelty, the reservation status changes to "completed" on Zenchef.
