How does a payment with Zenchef Pay work?

When your customer scans the QR code, they can choose to view the menu or settle the bill:




They can then select what they want to pay by:

• Selecting all products or only one of them
• Dividing the bill into multiple shares
• Dividing the price of a product into multiple shares
• Manually entering a specific amount (example: I want to pay 15 euros for the total bill)
  
  
  
  
  ➡️ Once the customer has selected what they want to pay, they can proceed to payment:
  
  
  
  They will then need to:
• Enter their email address (to automatically receive a payment receipt and an expense note!)
• Enter their credit card numbers (unless the customer already has their credit card saved on their mobile phone, or if they use Apple Pay or Google Pay!)
  
  
  📩 Once the payment is confirmed, your customer will receive their receipt and expense note at the provided email address.
