How to customize tips?

💰 First of all, if you want your customers to be able to leave tips when they pay via Zenchef Pay, please inform your Zenchef Pay account manager so that they can activate this functionality.

Several elements can then be customized:

• Customization of amounts
• Message customization
  
  
  When your customer pays the bill, they will have the option to leave a tip.
  
  Three default amounts are proposed, but the customer always has the option to manually enter an amount if they wish by clicking on "choose an amount". The tip is always accompanied by a thank you message.
  
  ✏️ You have the option to customize these three predefined amounts, as well as the message!
  
  To do this, go to your Zenchef dashboard, in the "table payment" tab ("personalization" section in the left column):
  
  

  

  
  In the "Tips" section, you can:
  
  
• Write the message you want to appear alongside the tips offered to the customer in the text box
• Choose to display the amounts in absolute value (for example: €1) or as a percentage (10%)
• Customize the three amounts according to your preferences.
