💬 When your customer makes a payment via Zenchef Pay, you instantly receive a notification in your Zenchef account to inform you that a payment has been made!
You will find the following information:
- The time
- The table number
- The amount paid.
❗️ If you haven't done so already, remember to enable notifications on all the devices you use Zenchef with (computer, tablets, smartphone).
An invitation to manually enter the payment into the cash register may exceptionally appear with this icon : "New payment to enter in the cash register"
In this case, no need to worry!
Your customer has indeed made the payment and the money will be sent to you. This simply means that a slight transmission incident occurred with your cash register due to a loss of internet connection.
It will therefore be necessary to manually enter the payment in your cash register and close the table yourself.
