💳 You can now not only monitor payments made at the table, but also manage prepaid reservations. This new addition to your toolkit allows for a seamless, unified view of all your incoming payments, both immediate and scheduled.
If you have activated the PAY AT TABLE payments via Zenchef Pay and/or the prepayments linked to your Stripe or Adyen account, you can find all payments in your "Transactions List".
To do so:
- Go to your Zenbook and click on the small cash icon located at the top right:
- You will then arrive at the list of transactions:
▶️ If you wish to consult payments/prepayments specific to a period or status, you can use the available filters :
▶️ Transaction list from the application on tablet:
- You need to go to the "Zenhome" (bottom left)
- And then you will have the small cash icon (also bottom left)
▶️ The payment ("On-site payments" section) appears with an "❗️", what does that mean?
In this case, do not worry!
Your customer has successfully made the payment and the money will be sent to you. This simply means that there was a slight transmission issue with your cash register due to a loss of internet connection.
Therefore, it will be necessary to manually re-enter the payment into your cash register and close the table yourself.
